The INTURN Lamp gives the user the ability to choose the direction of light, the colour of the light, and the mood of the room. With interchangeable discs with many shape, reflection, colour and material options, the possibilities are almost endless. With the twisting LED lamp, the user can bounce the light in any direction, using the disc, or the wall to create a halo.
This prototype was designed, mocked up in cardboard, created in Fusion 360, and then built in the metal shop and painted.
Created using mainly 20g Steel, 18g Aluminium.
